Ashley Work

As the town manager of Aynor, South Carolina, Ashley Work is passionate about fostering community growth, engagement, and opportunity. Throughout her tenure, she has helped strengthen the town’s connection with local businesses, encouraged resident involvement, and helped to create new traditions that bring her community together — such as Aynor’s Trunk-or-Treat and annual Jingle Jam festival. Looking ahead, Work's long-term goal is to continue guiding Aynor toward a thriving and inclusive future while maintaining the small-town charm that makes it special. She firmly believes that giving back to the community means investing time, energy, and care into the people and places that shape who people are.
