Bhumi Patel

Bhumi Patel represents land developers and business owners in real estate and business transactions, both commercial and residential. Patel also represents the local school board, a regional water/sewer facility, and higher education commissions in her area. In addition to her real estate work, she has also assisted with the formation of multiple special tax districts in Horry County. Patel has been actively involved in the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association as a board director and president. She also serves on a bank board for a regional bank. She chairs the local YMCA Advisory board and supports and sponsors Habitat for Humanity of Horry County. Patel has also been an active board member in the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation.
