Marvin Heyd is broker-in-charge at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Myrtle Beach Real Estate. Heyd previously served on multiple committees and boards and as president of Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors in years past. His career in real estate began in 1983 after he served his country in the U.S. Marines. He was selected for the Presidential Security Company to guard Presidents Nixon and Ford. Heyd was born and raised in Socastee. He has always remained politically active and served on the Horry County Council for two years. Heyd holds a broker’s license that allows him to serve clients in North Carolina as well.
